Celebrating 2 years of Ballet Beautiful with the picture on my left being taken the first day I ever subscribed to Ballet Beautiful’s Custom Workout back in mid-2016. It was something I first started as a response to a hamstring and hip flexor injury. I couldn’t lift weights and run like normal without pain and after weeks of being a couch potato and feeling sorry for myself since “I was no longer an athlete” if I couldn’t move like I used to pre-injury, I came across Mary Helen and BB only to fall in love with the whole damn thing. Nowadays I do 1 hour of Ballet Beautiful 5-6 days a week. I am not 100% recovered from my injury but it’s been a long time since I last felt sorry for myself like I did on the left.Hanna Hill
Ballet Beautiful is much more than a workout program to me. I started BB in October 2014 around then I was suffering from severe anxiety, it was taking over my life. After I started BB my life changed completely, not only was I seeing improvements in my body but I saw improvements in my everyday train of thought.
