Toned Abs & Arms Workout

Hi Ballet Beauties! I’m Ballet Beautiful NYC Master Trainer, Dioni.

This month we've been focusing on sculpting and toning beautiful, lean ballerina arms. I want to share with you one of my favorite Ballet Beautiful workout combos: abs & arms!

Having a strong core is key for balance and stability. Combined with strong, toned arms, it also gives us amazing posture! I've put together a playlist of some of my favorite videos from the Streaming Library. Add this 45-min routine into your workout plan this week!

Backstage Abs
This is a great abs workout to help strengthen your core and tone around the waist.

Long and Lean Arms Workout
Using your own body weight is a great way to tone the arms. I love working on my triceps and focusing on the back of my arms.

Ballet Abs: Extensions
Use this video to really target your lower abs. Added bonus: it also works out your legs!

Standing Abs
This one is one of my all-time favorite exercises. I find it's really effective for a strong core and our waist as well.

Swan Arms® with Weights
Finish off with the most graceful move! You can also add some light weights for an extra challenge.
