Our
Black Swan Inspired playlist includes many of the exact same workouts that I used in my work on Black Swan. I approached the training with a goal of mimicking the rigorous, physical demands of a professional ballerina. My two main objectives were to create the physique of a dancer along with the elegant posture and graceful movement of a ballerina.
Below are 3 mini playlists that are intense and demanding much like the leading role in Black Swan. The exercises below focus on building the muscles that dancers use in their every day training. They engage and awaken key ballet muscles while strengthening and adding grace.

Thank You Mary Helen for this beautiful compilation.I enjoy doing these workouts on any day even stressful days when im lazy to do other workouts it feel very natural to do ballet beautiful kind of workouts. It is so peaceful and classy and strong when your done with the workouts.
I used to study ballet in my youth and I did it for a period of 20 years. At 55 years old, I had not found a way to practice it again and I am happy to be able to do it here.
