We've rounded up our favorite moves to build your ballerina booty this season! Strengthen and lift your bum with these targeted workouts!
Classic Weighted Bridge: You'll need a pair of 1-2lb ankle weights if you want to feel the burn!
Come down on your mat, pull the stomach in tight with your feet and knees together. Lift your feet up on demi point and lift one leg in the air. Lower and lift your hips for 3 sets of 8 then switch lifted legs and repeat.
Barre Arabesque Tendu: Step up to the barre!
Begin in first position, heels together and engage the stomach. Bend your knees (careful to keep your knees right over your toes) and stretch out in a tendu arabesque, brushing your working leg off the floor behind you and remembering to keep your toe pointed for 3 sets of 8. Switch legs and repeat.
Booty-focused Floor Barre: Grab a resistance band for some extra challenge!
Come down on your stomach on the mat. If you're using a band, keep it right around your ankles. Relax your upper body to focus on the back of your legs and bum and keep your hips turned in. Keep one leg stretched long on the mat and stretch and lift the other leg up. Lower and lift the working leg for 2 sets of 10. Switch legs and repeat.
