I am so excited to launch our #21daysofballetbeauty Kick Off Challenge! I created this Challenge to get us all moving and dancing, together! Each week includes 5 focused days of exercise, one stretch day and a rest day to make sure that you are giving your body time to rest and recover. I took a full body approach to building the playlists and incorporated some of my personal favorites like Weighted Swan Arms, Ballet Core Blast, and Lunge Workout along with heart pumping cardio workouts and a lot of barre work.

I really loved the Spring Kickoff Challenge! I really can see results after only 21 days! Thanks Mary Helen--these workouts are not super-easy but you do sense improvement over time. I'm definitely sticking with you for a ballet beautiful body!
I'm only on day 5 of the first week so far, but I'm in love with it. I was inactive for months and then started doing BB and it's just marvelous how my body and mind want more of it. Every day I feel like working out and I want to start doing it. It feels great. It feels right.
